Real-Time Updates

Using BuilderGM’s real-time updates Suppliers, Subcontractors and Trades can follow the progress in real-time as you move along in your projects. These vendors have immediate access to the job schedule once they receive a bid request, allowing them to find what new build projects best fit their schedules.

Control Vendor Access

User access can be created for vendors within BuilderGM, allowing them to view their schedules, purchase orders and documents related to their homes sites. Builders can restrict or grant access to vendors to access documents related to a specific job.

Home Builders have flexibility in what their homebuyers can see such as their address-specific email portal, homebuyer surveys and updated documents and photos for their home. Buyers can work simultaneously within the system and give feedback to their Builder.
